This aptly named website sure seems to think so. Not only that, but they have proof that Suddenlink knows that the suck. How do they know? Because at one point in time (the post is dated from 2007) Suddenlink owned the domain name www.suddenlinksucks.com:

I don't know the history on ownership of that site, but we'd obviously prefer to work with customers in a constructive manner to resolve issues they're experiencing.
