Suzi, I was working for the last few months on a project similar to what Jim and Daytrader are requesting. I kinda wrote myself into a corner, but here's the working script, which you're welcome to use.
The Essentially Married Couple

INT. ROOM WITHOUT EDGES OR PROPS - VALENTINE'S DAY - NIGHT
ADAM and ROSE stand facing ANTI-PARALLEL to each other,
offset so that each is facing the WALL behind the other.
Rose wears a gaudy PENDANT on her neck and her BOOBS are
quite prominent. Adam is sporting a NEW YORK GIANTS
throwback jersey with the number 10 on the back.
ROSE
(loudly enough for her words to break frame)
I bet you a million dollars I'm going to die of
heart-disease.
ADAM
(fondling his earlobe with the index finger of
his six-fingered left hand)
I'll take that bet!
The lights go out. Rose's gaudy pendant vanishes without
explanation. Her boobs may or may not be equally prominent
in the dark.
ROSE
(breaking frame with her hair)
What do you think you'll die of?
